Around our core hour working day, team members can be flexible with their time, which allows them to prioritise that all important work life balance. We operate from our London and Belfast offices, as well as the comfort of home or even opportunities abroad, which give employees a better quality of working life.

Wellbeing Allowance

We prioritise employee wellbeing, and know it means something different to every individual, so we pay a monthly wellbeing allowance to all staff from day one.

Private medical insurance is offered to all employees for extra piece of mind.

Sabbaticals

We value the hard work and determination from our employees, so offer paid sabbaticals of up to 3 months off, to rest and recharge, travel or even learn new skills, with the security that their place at Chatsworth will be waiting upon their return.
